THE ACTIVITY OF GOD IN THE BIBLE - ROMANS - CHAPTER 9 - 16; PART II

 The Activity of God

Going through the Bible, book by book, chapter by chapter, verse by verse, phrase by phrase and word by word to give attention to the following:
--the Names of God;
--the word & deeds of God;
--the sayings of God;
--the attributes of God;

Too often the churches weakness and the Christians weakness is found in this one sin, 'we do not know God'.  We have not studied the Bible, nor Him to learn more of Him.  Seeking that this might be a help for myself and others in this pursuit that each of us 'may grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord.

ROMANS
Chapter 9
9:1      I say the truth in Christ, I llie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost.    Christ servants to speak truth, as He is truth;  Christ servants not to lie; Holy Ghost bears witness with saints;
9:3       For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh:      Christ sought with sorrow if possible to be accursed from;
9:4       Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises;     God's people of Israel adopted, given glory, given covenant, given law, God's service through them;  God's promises to them;
9:5       Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all God blessed for ever.  Amen.    Christ came;  God over all;  God blesses;
9:6      Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect.   For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel;    God's word effective;  And God said/spoke;
9:7      but in Isaac shall thy seed be called.     And God said/spoke;  God foretold Abraham that in Isaac would his seed be called;
9:8        That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God:  but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.     God's children;  God's children not of the flesh;  God's children of promise and counted for His seed;
9:9       For this is the word of promise, At this time will I come, and Sarah shall have a son.
And God said/spoke;   God's word of promise;  I will's of God to come and cause Sarah to have a son;  God comes;  God's power to give life, Omnipotent;
9:11      (For the children being not yet born, neitehr having done any good or evil that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of Him that calleth;)      God's purpose done through those that have not been born yet;  God's election;  God calls;
9:12      it is said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.     And  God said/spoke;  God told her this;
9:13      As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.      And God said/spoke;  God loves; God hates;
9:14      What shall we say then?  Is there unrighteousness with God?  God forbid.     God is not unrighteous;  God forbids;
9:15      For He saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.      And God sad/spoke;  I will's of God to have mercy on whom He will;  I will's of God to have compassion on whom He will;  God is mercy;  God is compassion;
9:16       but of God that sheweth mercy.     God shows mercy;
9:17       For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew My power in thee, and that My Name might be declared throughout all the earth.     And God said/spoke;  God's word; God raised Pharaoh up;  God show His power;  God's Name to be declared throughout all the earth;
9:18       Therefore hath He mercy on whom He will have mercy, and whom He will He hardeneth.    God has mercy on whom He will;  I will's of God to have mercy;  I will's of God to whom He will He hardeneth;
9:19      Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth He yet find fault?  For who hath resisted His will?     God finds fault;  God's will resisted;
9:20       Nay but,. O man, who art thou that repliest against God?  Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast Thou made me thus?     God to not be replied against;  God forms it;  God makes men such;   God questions, not to be questioned;
9:21   God makes vessels unto honour, and some unto dishonour;
9:22      What if God, willing to shew His wrath, and to make His power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:      I will's of God to show HIs wrath;  God's wrath;  God's power to be made known;  God endures with much longsuffering;  God wrath to destroy vessels of dishonour;
9:23      And that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessel of mercy, which He had afore prepared unto glory,     God makes known, manifests;  God's riches of His glory;  God's glory of mercy;  God prepared unto glory;
9:24      Even us, whom He hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?     God called Jews and Gentiles;
9:25      As He saith also in Hosea, I will call them My people, which were not My people; and her beloved, which was not beloved.      And God said/spoke;   I will's of God to call them His people;  God's people;   God's calls them His beloved;
9:26      Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities:  for we know not what we should pray for as we ought:  but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.   God's Spirit helps us;  God's Spirit makes intercession for us;  God's Spirit groans, which cannot be uttered;
9:27      And He that searcheth the hears knoweth what is the mind of hte Spirit, because He maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.     God searcheth the hearts;  God's Spirit mind;  God's Spirit makes intercession for saints;  God's children/church - saints;  I will's of God;  God's will for His people;
9:28      And we know that all things work together for good ot them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.     God to be loved;  God works all things together for them;  God's called;  God's purpose;
9:29      For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.     God foreknows;  God predestinates;  God conforms to the image of His Son;  God's Son, Jesus Christ;
9:30       Moreover whom He did predestinate, them He also called:  and whom He called, them He also justified:  and whom He justified, them He also glorified.     God predestinates;  God calls; God justifies; God glorifies;
9:31      What shall we then say to these things?  If God be for us, who can be against us?    God for His people;  God overcomes those against His people;
9:32      He that spared not His Own Son, but delivered Him up for us all how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?      God spared not His Own Son Jesus;  God's Son Jesus;  Christ is the Son of God; God delivered Christ up for us all;  God give us all things freely;
9:33      Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect?  It is God that justifieth.    God's elect;  God's elect to not be charged;  God justifies;
9:34      Who is he that condemneth?  It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.     Christ died;  Christ rose again; Christ at right hand of God;  God's right hand;  Christ makes intercession for us;
9:35    Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?  shall tribulation or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?     Christ love to not be separated from;
9:36      As it is written, For Thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.      And God said/spoke;  Christ sake His people are killed;  Christ people counted as sheep for the slaughter;
9:37      Nay in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us.     God's people are conquerors;  Christ loved us;  God loves us;
9:39      shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.     God's love cannot be separated from;  God's love through Christ Jesus our Lord;  Christ Name - Christ Jesus our Lord;
Chapter 10
10:1      I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost.    God's truth spoke in Christ;  Christ is truth, and no lies; Holy Ghost bears witness with men's conscience of truth and right;
10:3      For I could wish that myself were accursed form Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh:     Christ servants cannot accursed;
10:4      Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises;    God's people adopted; God's people given glory;  God's people given covenant;  God's people given law; God's service; God's promises given;
10:5      Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, Who is over all God blessed for ever.  Amen.    Christ came in flesh;  God is over all;  God blessed for ever;
10:6       Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect.  For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:     God's word taken effect;  And God said/spoke;    God knows who are of Israel and who are not;
10:7      Or, Who shall descend into the deep?  (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)      Christ brought up from the dead;
10:8       But what saith it?  The word is night thee, even in thy  mouth, and in thy heart:  that is, the word of faith which we preach;      And God said/spoke;  God's word said;  God's word in mouth, in heart; God's word of faith;  God's word preached;
10:9       That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.     Christ is Lord Jesus;  Christ confess with mouth of believer;  Christ believed on in heart;  God raised Christ from the dead;  God saves soul that believes;
10:10       For with the heart man beleiveth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.      Christ believed on with heart unto righteousness;  Christ confess with mouth by believer unto salvation;
10:11        For the Scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed.     And God said/spoke;   Christ believed on;  Christ followers not ashamed of Him;
10:12        for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon Him.      Christ is Lord over all;
Christ is rich to them that call upon Him;  Christ to be called upon;
10:13       For whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved.       Christ Name called upon;  Christ saves;
10:14        How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed?   and how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard?   and how shall they hear without a preacher?    Christ called upon by them that believe;  Christ believed on by hearing;  Christ heard about by preachers of the Word;
10:15      And how shall they preach, except they be sent?  as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things?      Christ preachers sent; And God said/spoke;  God's gospel preached;  God's gospel bring glad tidings of good things;
10:16       For they have not all obeyed the gospel.  For Isaiah saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?     God's gospel of good news not believed by all;  And God said/spoke;  God questioned;
10:17      So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.    God salvation cometh by faith by hearing;  God's word proclaimed;  And God said/spoke;
10:18       But I say, Have they not heard?  Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.    God's message and gospel heard;  God's gospel went into all the earth;  And God said/spoke;
10:19       But I say, Did not Israel know?  First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you.     God's truth known by Israel;  And God said/spoke;  I will's of God to provoke to jealousy;  I will's of God to anger them;  God's gospel to go to other people;
10:20       But Isaiah is very bold, and saith, I was found of them that sought me not; I was made manifest unto them that asked not after Me.      And God said/spoke;  Christ found of them that sought not for Him;  Chris tnot sought, but found;  Christ manifest;  Christ not asked after but made known;
10:21       But to Israel HE saith, All day long I have stretched forth My hands unto a disobedient and gainsaying people.     And God said/spoke;  God stretched forth His hands all day unto them;  God's people disobedient and gainsaying;
Chapter 11
11:1       I say then, Hath God cast away His people?  God forbid.  For I also am an Isrealite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.      God questioned on whether He cast away His people;  God has not cast away His people;  God forbids;
11:2       God hath not cast away His people which He foreknew.  Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elijah?  how he maketh intercession to God against Israel, saying,     God hath not cast away His people;  God's people, Israel; God foreknew, Omnipresent, Omniscient; And God said/spoke;  God sought by intercession for Israel;
11:3      Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life.     God address by prophet of what they had done;  God knows what they have done;  God's prophets;  God's altars; God knows who is left;
11:4       But what saith the answer of God unto him?  I have reserved to Myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal.     God's answer;  God reserved to Himself;  God knows those of His';  God knows those that have not bowed knee to Baal; Omniscient;
11:5       Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according ot the election of grace.     God's remnant;  God's election of grace;
11:6   God's grace, not of works;
11:7      God's election for Israel;
11:8      (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.     And God said/spoke;   God has not given spirit of slumber;  God has closed eyes that they cannot see;  God has closed ears that they cannot hear;
11:11      I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall?  God forbid:  but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles for to provoke them to jealousy.     God forbids;  God's salvation has come to Gentiles;
11:14     that I might save some of them.    God saves;
11:15      For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life form the dead?    God reconciles; God receives; God gives life to the dead;
11:16      For if the firstfruit be holy the lump is also holy, and if the root be holy, so are the branches.    God's firstfruits He makes holy; God is holy; God's root holy; God's branches holy;
11:17      And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;    God breaks off; God graffs in;   God's tree, root and fatness of His people;
11:18     Boast not against the branches.  But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.   God's branches, root;
11:19      Thou wilt say then, the branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in.    God's breaks off;  God graffs in ;
11:20       Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith.  Be not high minded, but fear.    God breaks off for unbelief;  God causes them to stand that have faith in Him;  the fear of the Lord;
11:21      For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest He also spare not thee.    God spares not; God spares;
11:22      Behold, therefore the goodness and severity of God:  on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in His goodness:  otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.    God's goodness and severity;  God's severity fell on them; God's goodness to be continued in;  God can and may cut off if not continued in;
11:23       And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in:  for God is able to graff them in again.     God knows those that believe and are filled with unbelief;  God is able to graff in or not;
11:24       For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree:  how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?     God cuts off; God graffes in;
11:25       that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.    God's timing and will;  God blinds; God's fullness of time; Omnipresent; Omniscient;
11:26      And so all Israel shall be saved:  as it is written, There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob.      God saves; And God said/spoke;  Christ comes out of Zion;  Christ Name - Deliverer;  God turns away ungodliness of Jacob;
11:27       For this is My covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.     God's covenant with Israel;  God takes away sins;
11:28       As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes:  but as touching the election, they are beloved for the Fathers' sakes.     God's gospel of good news;  God's election; God's beloved;  God the Fathers sake;
11:29      For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.    God's gifts; God's calling;
11:30      For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:      God not believed;  God gives mercy to be obtained;
11:31      Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.    God not believed;  God gives mercy;
11:32      For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that He might have mercy upon all.    God concludes those in unbelief; God might have mercy upon all;  God's purpose and will;
11:33      O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God!  how unsearchable are His judgments, and HIs ways past finding out!      God's knowledge;  God's wisdom; God's depths of these riches;  God's judgements unsearchable;  God's ways past finding out;
11:34       For who hath known the mind of the Lord?  or who hath been His counsellor?     God's mind known or not;  God's counsellor questioned;
11:35      Or who hath first given to Him, an dit shall be recompensed unto Him again?    God given to;  God recompenses again;
11:36       For of Him, and through Him, and to Him, are all things:  to Whom be glory for ever.  Amen.     Of God; Through God; To God are all things;  God to be glorified for ever;  Amen - Let it be God1
Chapter 12
12:1       I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.     God's mercies; God's servants to present themselves to Him as a living sacrifices, holy and acceptable;  God accepts gifts unto Him;  God served by them that are His';
'12:2      And be not conformed to this world; but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.     I will's of God to be good, acceptable and perfect;  God's will is good;  God's will is acceptable; God's will is perfect;
12:3       For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought ot think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.      God gives grace; God deals to every man their measure of faith;
12:5       So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.     Christ has one body, but many members;
12:6      Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;    God's grace gives differing gifts;  God's proportion of faith;
12:9      Let love be without dissimulation.  Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.    God's love to be done without dissimulation;  God's servants abhor evil;  God's servants cleave to that which is good;
12:10    God's love expressed to each other;
12:11      Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;     God the Lord to be served;  God's servants not slothful;  God's servants fervent in spirit;
12:12      Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer.    God's servants rejoice in hope; God's servants patient in tribulation;  God's servants continue in prayer;
12:13   God's servants distribute to needs and show hospitality;
12:14   God's servants to bless and curse not;
12:15    God's servants to rejoice and weep with those that are found such;
12:16   God's servants to have same mind among each other;
12:17   God's servant to not recompense evil for evil;
12:18   God's servants to live peaceably with all men;
12:19      for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.    And God said/spoke (2);  I will's of God to repay;  God will avenge;
12:20    God's servants will help in food and drink;
12:21   God's servants to overcome evil with good and not overcome by evil;
Chapter 13
13:1      Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers.  For there is no power but of God:  the powers that be are ordained of God.     God's power alone, Omnipotent; God ordains powers that be;
13:2      Whosoever therefore resisteth the power resisteth the ordinance of God:  and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.      God's ordinances;  God's power and ordinances not to be resisted;  God condemns those that resist His power and ordinance to damnation;
13:4      For he is the minister of God to thee for good.  But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain:  for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.     God's minister (2);  God's minister for His servants for good;  God's minister to execute wrath on them that do evil;
13:6      For for this cause pay ye tribute also:  for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.     God's ministers;  God's ministers attending continually;
13:8     Owe no many any thing, but to love one another:  for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.    God's law fulfilled in love to one another;
13:9    God's commandments and laws;
13:10     love is the fulfilling of the law.     God's law fulfilled by love;
13:11      And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep:  for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.     God's servants to awake;  God's salvation near;
13:12      The night is far spent, the day is at hand:    let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.    God's servant to know day is at hand;  God's servants to cast off works of darkness;  God's servants to put on armour of light;
13:13  God's servants walk;
13:14     But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts of the flesh.     Christ to be put on;  God's servants to make no provision for flesh and lusts;
Chapter 14
14:1      Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations.    God's servants can be weak in faith;
14:3      for God hath received him.    God receives those all;
14:4       Who art thou that judgest another man's servant?  to his own, master he standeth or falleth.  YEa, he shall be holden up:  for God is able to make him stand.     God can make servants to stand or fall;
14:6      HE that regardeth the day regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it.  He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.      God is to regarded by servants conscience unto the Lord; God regards days and regards not days;  God is revered in those that eat or eat not;  God is given thanks, regardless of eating or not, of days or not;
14:8     For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord:  whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.     God is to be lived unto;  God is to die for; God's possession of His children to live or die;
14:9      For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.     Christ died;  Christ rose; Christ revived;  Christ is Lord both of dead and living;
14:10      for we shall all stand before the judgement seat of Christ.    Christ judgement seat;
14:11      For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall confess to God.     And God said/spoke (2);   Christ lives;  Christ shall have all bow the knees to Him;  God to be confessed to;
14:12       so then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.     God to be given an account of by all;
14:14      I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself:  but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean.    Christ is Lord Jesus;  Christ persuades;  Christ declares what is unclean;
14:15       Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died.    Christ died for thy brother;  Christ servants to not destroy about meat and other issues;
14:16    Christ servants to not let good be evil spoken of;
14:17    For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy to the Holy Ghost.      God's kingdom not of meat and drink; God's kingdom of righteousness, peace and joy in Holy Ghost;  Holy Ghost makes the kingdom filled with righteousness, peace and joy in God and by God;
14:18       For he that is these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men.      Christ served and acceptable to God;  God accepts those that serve Christ;
14:19     Christ servants to follow after things for peace and to edify one another;  Christ body edifies one another;
14:20       For meat destroy not the work of God.  All things inded are pure; but it is evil for that man who eateth with offence.     God's work not destroyed;  God's work is pure;
14:21    Christ servants to not eat or drink to cause brother to stumble or fall or be offended or made weak;
14:22       Hast thou faith?  have it to thyself before God.  Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth.      God to have faith in; God to be before Him in faith;
14:23       and he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith; for whatsoever is no of faith is sin.      God damns of he that does so doubting and not of faith;  God knows those that have faith and those that do not;  God condemns sin to those that have not faith;
Chapter 15
15:1      Christ servants bear infirmities of weak and not please ourselves;
15:2     Christ servants please his neighbour and edifies;
15:3       For even Christ pleased not Himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on Me.      Christ pleased not Himself;  And God said/spoke;   Christ reproached; Christ reproach fell on Him;
15:4    For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.     And God said/spoke (2);  God's word for instruction and learning;  God's word gives hope in patience and comfort;
15:5       Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus.     God is patience;  God consolation to be likeminded among believers toward one another;  Christ Jesus servants to be patient toward one another;
15:6       That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.       God to be glorified with mouth and mind;  God the Father;  Christ Jesus Father to be glorified;
15:7      Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.     Christ receives us;  Christ servants to receive one another as He did; God's glory to receive us;
15:8       Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:     Christ was a ministers to circumcision;  God's truth; And God said/spoke;  God's promises made unto fathers;
15:9       And that the Gentiles might glorify God for His mercy; as it is written, For this cause I will confess to thee among the Gentiles, and sing unto Thy Name.      God's mercy to be glorifying unto Him; And God said/spoke; I will's of God to confess Him among Gentiles; Christ confessed among Gentiles;   Christ Names sang and praised;
15:10       And again HE saith, Rejoice, ye Gentiles, with His people.     And God said/spoke;  God to be rejoiced in by Gentiles with God's people;   God's people rejoicing;
15:11       And again, Praise the Lord, all ye Gentiles, and laud Him, all ye people.    And God said/spoke;  God praised by Gentiles;  God lauded by all people;
15:12       And again, Isaiah saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles, in Him shall the Gentiles trust.     And God said/spoke;  God's prophet, Isaiah declared;  Christ from root of Jesse;  Christ risen to reign over Gentiles; Christ trusted in by Gentiles;
15:13      Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost.     God is hope;  God fills with joy, peace and believing;  God's Holy Ghost empower with hope;
15:14   God's brethren filled with goodness, knowledge;
15:15     because of the grace that is given to me of God.     God's grace;  And God said/spoke;
15:16       That I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Ghost.     Christ minister to Gentiles;  Christ minister of gospel of God;  God's gospel; Holy Ghost sanctifies;
15:17        I have therefore whereof I may glory through Jesus Christ in those things which pertain to God.     Christ Jesus allows servant to glory in Him; God things that pertain to Him and His kingdom;
15:18      For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ hath not wrought  by me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed.     Christ wrought in him;  Christ works spoken of; Christ works and deeds made known;
15:19       Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round about unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.     God's signs and wonders done;  God's Spirit gives power to do signs and wonders;  Christ gospel preached;
15:20      Yea, so I have strived to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man's foundation:     God's gospel preached;  Christ not known in these places;
15:21But as it is written, To whom he was not spoken of, they shall see; and they that have not heard shall understand.      And God said/spoke;   Christ not spoke of shall see truth;  Christ not heard of, shall understand;
15:25       I go unto Jerusalem to minister unto the saints.    God's saints;  God's servant Paul ministers;
15:26      to make a certain contribution for the poor saints which are at Jerusalem.    God's church gives gifts to help poor saints;  God's saints;
15:27      It hath pleased them verily; and their debtors they are.  For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things.     Christ church debtors;  God's church having spiritual things; Christ's church ministers to carnal needs;
15:29      I shall come in the fulness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ.     Christ gospel full and blessed;
15:30       Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ's sake, and for the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in your prayers to God for me;      Christ Name - Lord Jesus Christ;  Christ sake besought for prayer;   God's Spirit love besought;  God prayed to, striving together;
15:31    God delivers;  God's service;  God's saints accept;
15:32      That I may come unto you with joy by the will of God, and may with you be refreshed.     I will's of God to come with joy;
15:33      Now the God of peace be with you all.  Amen.    God is peace;  God's peace to all saints;
