 Greetings, ". . . and the glory of the Lord appeared unto all the people.  And there came a fire out from before the Lord, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering the fat:  which when all the people saw, they shouted, and fell on their faces. . . . And there went out fire from the Lord, and devoured them, and they died before the Lord."   Leviticus 9:23 - 24; 10:1 - 2 REVIVAL OR JUDGEMENT? God declares of His Own self, "I am a Consuming Fire".  And we see the use of fire throughout Scripture in multiple ways.  It is the fire of God that should draw out attention, for it is very significant.  The last 2 verses of Leviticus 9 and the first 2 verses of chapter 10 shows us the contrast of God's fire.  We see in 4 verses, 2 instances of God sending fire in direct contrast.   The first fire comes to receive the sacrifice on the altar unto God.  God's glory was there; 'and the glory of the Lord appeared'.   The second fire came in a complete 180 dif

 Greetings, "Therefore also now, saith the Lord, turn ye even to Me with all your heart and with fasting and with weeping and with mourning:  And rend your heart. . . and turn unto the Lord your God. . . Who knoweth if He will return and repent and leave a blessing behind Him?  . . . Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly:  . . . Gather the people assemble the elders. . . weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say. . . "   Joel 2:12 - 17 Tomorrow is an historic day for our nation and the church.  "The Return", a solemn assembly will be held in Washington, DC.   The Scriptures are clear, that when we see the judgements of God upon our land and nation, that we are to assemble before God and deal with our iniquity.  It is the hope of such a gathering that God may be intreated for our lives, families and for our very future.   The Solemn Assembly is to do three things: 1.  Cause the people to understand 'why these things' a

 20:11      And I gave them My statutes and shewed them My judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them.      God gave them His statutes;  God's statutes;  God's judgements;   20:12        Moreover also I gave them My sabbaths, to be a sign between Me and them, that they might know that I am the Lord that sanctify them.      God gave them His sabbaths;  God's sabbaths;   God's sign between them and Him;   God is to be known as Lord;  God sanctifies them; 20:13        But the house of Israel rebelled against Me in the wilderness; they walked not in My statutes, and they despised My judgments, which if a man do he shall even live in them; and My sabbaths they greatly polluted:  then I said, I would pour out My fury upon them in the wilderness, to consume them.      God sees and knows those that rebel against Him;  God's statutes not walked in;  God's judgements despised;   God's sabbaths greatly polluted;  And God said/spoke;  God pour out His fury
