 Greetings, "where prayer was wont to be made"  - Acts16:13 We come to the last week of March, finishing the 3rd month of the year and 1/4 of the year is now complete.  How often do you take introspection of your spiritual walk with the Lord?   Where is 'prayer wont to be made', for you?  Here the Apostle Paul found it on the sabbath day, at the river.  And they were able to share the gospel with the women that were there.  Paul had just received the heavenly vision to go over to Macedonia and help them.  And by the conclusion of this chapter, the demon would be rebuked in the woman, the jailor and all his family will be saved.  We all know that it was the power of God displayed and the kingdom advanced, because 'prayer was wont to be made'.  And we all know that it is the prayerlessness of men, where 'prayer was not made' that allowed for hell to advance.   Are you in your secret closet enough?  Have you been faithful thus far this year?  There is no

 Greetings, "Hast thou found me, O my enemy?"   II Kings 21:20 The enemy of our Lord, is our enemy.  Satan and all that follow him are our enemies.  Ahab, called the prophet Elijah, the true servant of the Lord, his enemy.  Does that not speak volumes about who his friends were; if he consider the prophet of the Lord, his enemy.  This is not the first time our Lord's enemy has come.  Walk through Scripture and see the visitations of Satan upon the saints and people of God.  Satan was there in the garden, and destroyed Adam and Eve.  Satan came forth and met Christ the 40 days of fasting to cause Him to fall into sin.  Satan was there with all the heavenly hosts gathered together before the Lord to give an account of themselves in the account of Job.  He was there in the heavenly hosts to answer God, 'Where hast thou been?'  'Going to and fro throughout all the earth.'  He was there as God set forth Ahab's destruction, 'who shall go and cause Ahab t

 Greetings, "Therefore thou shalt say this word unto them; Let mine eyes run down with tears night and day, and let them not cease:  for the virgin daughter of my people is broken with a great breach, with a  very grievous blow."   Jeremiah 14:17 There are 3 things listed that has happened to God's people in this verse:  1.  broken; 2.  great breach; 3.  very grievous blow.   Jeremiah the Lord's prophet, has received the Word of the Lord to do 2 things:  1.  let tears run down night and day; 2.  do not cease.  do we recognize the close parallel of this to our day?  The church is God's people; as Judah in referenced in this verses as God's people.  There is a brokenness upon so many, in the church and out of the church.  Never have I seen so many Christians depressed, discouraged and looking for help.  And what shall we say of our nation?  Broken homes, broken lives, broken way of life, cities and communities broken and shattered.   A great breach has come in a
