  The Activity of God


Going through the Bible, book by book, chapter by chapter, verse by verse, phrase by phrase and word by word to give attention to the following:
--the Names of God;
--the word & deeds of God;
--the sayings of God;
--the attributes of God;

Too often the churches weakness and the Christians weakness is found in this one sin, 'we do not know God'.  We have not studied the Bible, nor Him to learn more of Him.  Seeking that this might be a help for myself and others in this pursuit that each of us 'may grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord.

MARK
Chapter 9
9:1      And He said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That there be some of them that stand here, which shall not taste of death, till they have seen the kingdom of God come with power.       And God said/spoke;    Christ declares those there shall not see death till they see kingdom of God come in power;  God's kingdom comes in power;
9:2       And after six days Jesus taketh with Him peter, and James, and John, and leadeth them up into an high mountain apart by themselves:  and HE was transfigured before them.     Christ takes Peter, James and John up into mountain;   Christ leads them up and apart by themselves;    Christ transfigured before them;
9:3      And His raiment became shining, exceeding white as snow; so as no fuller on earth can white them.      Christ raiment;  Christ glorified white as snow;
9:4        And there appeared unto them Elijah with Moses:  and they were talking with Jesus.      Christ has Elijah and Moses appear;   Christ talked with them;
9:5     And Peter answered and said to Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here:  and let us make three tabernacles; one for Thee, and one for Moses and one for Elijah.      Christ answered;  Christ asked to make 3 tabernacles;  Christ to be made tabernacle;    
9:7       And there was a cloud that overshadowed them:  and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is My beloved Son:  hear Him.       God's voice speaks out of the cloud;  And God said/spoke;    God the Father's beloved Son;   God commands for them to hear Him;  Christ to be heard;
9:8      save Jesus only with themselves.       Christ only one seen and with them;    
9:9       And as they came down from the mountain, He charged them that they should tell no man what things they had seen, till the Son of man were risen from the dead.       Christ charges them to tell no man what they had seen;   Christ name - Son of man;  Christ risen from dead;
9:10       And they kept that saying with themselves, questioning one with another what the rising form the dead should mean.      Christ saying kept with them;  Christ saying questioned over rising from the dead;   
9:11        And they asked Him, saying, Why say the scribes that Elijah must first come?      Christ asked question over Elijah first coming;
9:12      And He answered and told them, Elijah verily cometh first, and restoreth all things; and how it is written of the Son of man, that He must suffer many things, and be set at nought.     Christ answers them;  And God said/spoke;    Christ tells them Elijah comes first and restores all things;  Christ name - Son of man;  Christ must suffer many things and be set at nought;
9:13       But I say unto you, That Elijah is indeed come, and they have done unto him whatsoever they listed, as it is written of him.      And God said/spoke;   Christ tell them Elijah is come and they have done to him whatsoever they listed and that which was written of him;  
9:14        And when He came to His disciples, He saw a great multitude about them, and the scribes questioning with them.       Christ comes to His disciples;  Christ disciples;  Christ sees great multitude about them and scribes questioning with them;
9:15        And straightway all the people, when they beheld Him, were greatly amazed, and running to Him saluted Him.      Christ beheld by people;   Christ amazed people;   Christ ran to; Christ saluted;
9:16        And He asked the scribes, What question ye with them?       Christ ask them question;   Christ wants to know what they question with them about;   
9:17       And one of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought unto Thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit;      Christ answered and spoken to; Christ brought unto Him, his son with demon;
9:18      And I spake to Thy disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not.     Christ told of what the demon does; Christ disciples could not cast him out;
9:19       And He answereth him, and saith, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you?  how long shall I suffer you?  bring him unto Me.       Christ answers him;  And God said/spoke;  Christ asks question (2); Christ asks how long He shall be with them; Christ asks how long to suffer them; Christ gives directive to bring son to Him;
9:20      And they brought him unto Him:  and when He saw him, straightway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming.      Christ brought the boy unto Him; Christ sees him; 
9:21       And He asked his father, How long is it ago since this came unto him?  And he said, Of a child.    Christ asks father question; And God said/spoke;   
9:22      but if Thou canst do any thing, have compassion on us, and help us.     Christ asked if He could do anything to have compassion on them;  Christ asked to help them;
9:23       Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.     And God said/spoke;   Christ declares to him that if he can believe, all things are possible;
9:24       And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help Thou mine unbelief.     Christ answers with tears;  Christ told he believe;  Christ asked for help for his unbelief;
9:25       When Jesus saw that the people came running together, He rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him.      Christ sees; Christ rebukes; And God said/spoke; Christ speaks to demon and commands him to come out and enter no more into him; Christ gives charge; 
9:27       But Jesus took him by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose.     Christ takes him by hand and lifts him up;
9:28       And when He was come into the house, His disciples asked Him privately, Why could not we cast him out?      Christ comes into house; Christ disciples asked Him question privately;
9:29      And He said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.      And God said/spoke;  Christ tells them this demon can come forth but by nothing but prayer and fasting;
9:30       And they departed thence, and passed through Galilee; and HE would not that any man should know it.      Christ departs;  Christ passes through; Christ would not have them know it;
9:31       For He taught His disciples, and said unto them, Th Son of man is delivered into the hands of men, and they shall kill Him; and after taht He is killed, He shall rise the third day.      Christ teaches His disciples; Christ's disciples; And God said/spoke; Christ name - Son of man; Christ delivered into hands of men;  Christ shall be killed; Christ after He is killed shall rise the third day;
9:32       But they understood not that saying, and were afraid to ask Him.      Christ afraid of to ask Him regarding what they did not understand;   Christ saying not understood; And God said/spoke;
9:33       And He came to Capernaum:  and being in the house He asked them, What was it that ye disputed among yourselves by the way?      Christ comes to Capernaum;  Christ in house;  Christ asks them question; 
9:35       And He sat down, and called the twelve, and saith unto them, If any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of all and servant of all.     Christ sits down; Christ calls the 12;  And God said/spoke;  Christ declares to them that he who would be first must be last and servant to all;
9:36       And He took a child, and set him in the midst of them:  and when He had taken him in the arms, He said unto them.      Christ takes child; Christ set him in the midst of them;  Christ takes him in arms;  And God said/spoke;   
9:37       Whosoever shall receive one of such children in My Name, receiveth Me:  and whosoever shall receive Me, receiveth not, Me, but Him that sent Me.      Christ Name to receive children;  Christ received; God the FAther sent Him; God the FAther received if Christ received;
9:38       And John answered Him, saying, Master, we saw one casting out devils in Thy Name, and he followeth not us:  and we forbad him, because he followeth not us.       Christ answered; Christ Name - Master; Christ Name one casting out devils; Christ not followed with them;
9:39       But Jesus said, Forbid him not; for there is no man which shall do a miracle, in My name, that can lightly speak evil of Me.      And God said/spoke;   Christ directs them to forbid him not; Christ Name one can do miracles;  Christ to lightly speak evil of;
9:40       For he that is not against us is on our part.     Christ not against, but on His part;
9:41      For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in My Name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward.      Christ Name to give a cup of cold water;  Christ belonged to;  And God said/spoke; Christ declares they shall not lose their reward;
9:42       And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in ME, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.        Christ believed in by these little ones;  Christ warns to not offend them;    
9:43 - 48    Christ teaches to not allow for members to be tempted and defiled; Christ teaches on horrors of hell;
9:48        it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye      God kingdom to be entered;
9:49 - 50     Christ teaches on salt  and its worth;  Christ asks a question;  Christ teaches on having peace with one another;
Chapter 10
10:1      And HE arose from thence, and cometh into the coasts of Judea by the farther side of Jordan:  and the people resort unto Him again; and, as HE was wont, He taught them again.     Christ arises and come;  Christ resorted to by people;  Christ was wont;  Christ teaches them;
10:2       And the Pharisees came to Him, and asked Him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife?  tempting Him.      Christ came to;  Christ asked question;  Christ tempted by them;
10:3      And HE answered and said unto them, What did Moses command you?     Christ answers them with question; And God said/spoke;   
10:4   Christ answered by them;
10:5     And Jesus answered and said unto them, For the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept.      Christ answers them;  And God said/spoke;   Christ declares why bill of divorce given;
10:6       but from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.     Christ declares God's creation and plan;    God made men, male and female;
10:7 - 8 Christ declares God's will for marriage of men and women;
10:9       What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.      God joins them together;   Christ warns for men to not put asunder;
10:10       And in the house His disciples asked Him again of the same matter.      Christ disciples;  Christ asked by them of this matter;
10:11       And He saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her.      And God said/spoke;    Christ warns of putting away by divorce;
10:11 - 12   Christ declares it adultery;
10:13      And they brought young children to Him, that He should touch them:  and His disciples rebuked those that brought them.      Christ brought young children;   Christ should touch them;  Christ disciples rebuked them;
10:14     But when Jesus saw it, He was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto Me, and forbid them not:  for of such is the kingdom of God.       Christ sees it;  Christ displeased;   And God said/spoke;   Christ gives directive to suffer children to come unto Him;  Christ came to;  God's kingdom is of such;
10:15       Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom fo God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.     And God said/spoke;    Christ teaches to receive kingdom of God as a little child; Christ tells if they will not, they shall not enter;   God's kingdom to be received as such;
10:16       And He took them up in His arms, put His hands upon them, and blessed them.    Christ takes them in HIs arms;  Christ arms;  Christ puts HIs hands upon them;  Christ hands; Christ blesses them;
10:17       And when He was gone forth into the way, there came one running, and kneeled to Him, and asked Him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life?     Christ gone forth in way;  Christ came to with one running and kneeling before Him;  Christ asked;  Christ Name - Good Master;  Christ asked how to inherit eternal life;
10:18      And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou Me good?  there is none good, but one, that is, God.     And God said/spoke;   Christ asks him a question;  Christ is good;  Christ is God;
10:19     Christ instructs him to know the commandments;
10:20      And he answered and said unto Him, Master, all these have I observed from my youth.     Christ answered and spoke to;  Christ Name - Master;
10:21       Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest:  go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven:  and come, take up the cross, and follow Me.      Christ behold him;  Christ loves him;  And God said/spoke;    Christ tells him one thing he lacks;  go and sell and give and come and follow;   Christ to be come after, take up cross and follow Him;
10:23      And Jesus looked round about, and saith unto His disciples, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!      Christ looks around;  And God said/spoke;  Christ disciples;  Christ tells how hard the rich to enter into kingdom of God;   God's kingdom to entered and those that shall not enter;
10:24      And the disciples were astonished at His words.  But Jesus answereth again, and saith unto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God!      Christ disciples astonished at His words;  And God said/spoke (2);   Christ answers them; Christ affirms how hard for rich to enter kingdom of God;    God's kingdom;
10:25     It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.       God's kingdom to enter and those that shall not enter;
10:27      And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God:   for with God all things are possible.     Christ looks upon them;  And God said/spoke;    God all things are possible; Without God it is not possible;
10:28       Then Peter began to say unto Him, Lo, we have left all and have followed Thee.     Christ spoken to by Peter;   Christ followed and they left all;
10:29       And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, . . . for My sake, and the gospel's.     Christ answers him;  And God said/spoke (2);    Christ sake, they left earthly things for Him and the Gospel;
10:30    Christ teaches them what they shall inherit and receive for forsaking these things and follow Him;
10:31    Christ declares first shall be last, and last first.
10:32      And they were in the way going up to Jerusalem:  and Jesus went before them:  and they were amazed ; and as they followed, they were afraid.  And He took again the twelve, and began to tell them what things should happen unto Him,      Christ and His disciples go up to Jerusalem;  Christ went before them; Christ takes disciples and tell them what things should happen to Him;
10:33      Saying, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be delivered unto the chief priests, and unto the scribes; and they shall condemn Him to death, and shall deliver Him to the Gentiles:     And God said/spoke;     Christ tells them they are going up to Jerusalem;   Christ Name - Son of man; Christ shall be delivered into chief priest hands & scribes; Christ shall be condemned to death; Christ delivered into hands of Gentiles to be murdered;    Omnipresent; Omniscient;
10:34       And they shall mock Him, and shall scourge Him, and shall spit upon Him, and shall kill Him:  and the third day He shall rise again.      Christ mocked;  Christ scourged;  Christ spit upon;  Christ killed;  Christ rise again the third day;
10:35       And James and John, the sons of Zebedee, come unto Him, saying, Master, we would that Thou shouldest do for us whatsoever we shall desire.       Christ came to by James and John;  Christ Name - Master;   Christ asked that He would do whatsoever they asked;
10:36       And He said unto them, What would ye that I should do for you?      Christ answers them;  And God said/spoke;  Christ asks a question;  Christ to do for them;
10:37       They said unto Him, Grant unto us that we may sit, one on Thy right hand, and the other on Thy left hand, in Thy glory.       Christ answered;   Christ asked that they may sit on His right and left hand;  Christ glory seated;
10:38       But Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask:  can ye drink of the cup that I drink of?  and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?     And God said/spoke;   Christ answers them;   Christ declares to them they know not what they ask;  Christ asks question of drinking His cup and His baptism (2);     Christ up that He drinks of;  Christ baptism that He is baptized with;
10:39       And they said unto Him, We can.  And Jesus said unto them, Ye shall indeed drink of the cup that I drink of; and with the baptism that I am baptized withal shall ye be baptized;       Christ answered in the affirmative;  And God said/spoke;     Christ affirms they shall drink of His cup and be baptized with His baptism;    
10:40       But to sit on My right hand and on My left hand is not Mine to give; but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared.       Christ right hand and left hand;   Christ not able to give that place to them;
10:42      But Jesus called them to Him, and saith unto them, Ye know that they which are accounted to rule over the Gentiles exercise lordship over them:  and their great ones exercise authority upon them.      Christ calls them unto Him;   And God said/spoke;   Christ declares rulers of Gentiles lord over them in authority;
10:43       But so shall it not be among you; but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister.      Christ declares to them that they shall not rule as the Gentiles;  
10:44   Christ teaches them to be servant to each other, if any would rule;
10:45      For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give His life a ransom for many.      Christ name - Son of man;   Christ came to minister to them;  Christ came to give His life a ransom for many;   Christ life forfeited;
10:46       And they came to Jericho:  and as HE went out of Jericho with His disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus sat by the high way side begging.      Christ and disciples come to Jericho;  Christ and disciples went out of city;   Christ disciples;    
10:47       And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, Thou son of David, have mercy on me.      Christ passes by;  Christ cried out after;   Christ Name-  Jesus; son of David;   Christ asked for mercy;
10:48       Thou son of David, have mercy on me.     Christ Name - son of David;  Christ asked for mercy on him;
10:49       And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called.   And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; HE calleth thee.     Christ stands still;  the Lord commanded;  Christ bids him be called to HIm;   Christ calls for him;
10:50     And he, casting away his garments, rose, and came to Jesus.     Christ obeyed;  Christ came to;
10:51       And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should od unto thee?  The blind man said unto Him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.   Christ answers him;  And God said/spoke;    Christ asked him question;   Christ answered;   Christ asked to receive his sight;
10:52      And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way, thy faith hath made thee whole.   And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.       And God said/spoke;    Christ instructs him to go his way;  Christ declares his faith hath made him whole;   Christ immediately heals him, restores his sight;  Christ followed in the way;
Chapter 11
11:1       And when they came nigh to Jerusalem, unto Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount of Olives, He sendeth forth two of His disciples,         Christ and His disciples come night to Jerusalem;  Christ sends forth two of His disciples;  Christ disciples;
11:2       And saith unto them, Go your way into the village over against you:  and as soon as ye be entered into it, ye shall find a colt tied, whereon never man sat; loose him, and bring him.     And God said/spoke;   Christ gives instruction of what to do and what they will find;  Omniscient; Omnipresent;
11:3     And if any man say unto you, Why do ye this?  say ye that the Lord hath need of him; and straightway he will send him hither.     Christ gives them directive of what will be asked, and what they are to answer;  Omniscient; Omnipresent;    Christ hath need of him;
11:6       And they said unto them even as Jesus had commanded:  and they let them go.      the Lord commanded;   Christ answer He had given them, was sufficient;  
11:7       And they brought the colt to Jesus, and cast their garments on him; and He sat upon him.     Christ brought colt; Christ sits on him;
11:9      And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna; Blessed is He that cometh in the name of the Lord:      Christ praised and worshipped;  Christ blest in the Name of the Lord;
11:10      Blessed be the kingdom of our father David, that cometh in the name of the Lord:  Hosanna in the highest.      Christ kingdom, from David blest; Christ comes in the name of the Lord; Christ praised to the highest;
11:11       And Jesus entered into Jerusalem, and into the temple:  and when He had looked round about upon all things, and now the eventide was come, He went out unto Bethany with the twelve.       Christ enters Jerusalem; Christ enters temple; Christ looks round about upon all things;  Christ went out to Bethany with disciples;
11:12      And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, He was hungry:     Christ comes from Bethany; Christ hungry;
11:13      And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, HE came, if haply He might find any thing thereon:  and when He came to it, He found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet.      Christ sees fig tree;  Christ comes; Christ might find thereon; Christ comes to it; Christ finds nothing;
11:14      And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever.   And His disciples heard it.     Christ answers (what question was asked to answer?) And God said/spoke;   Christ curses it, that no man eat from it again;   Christ disciples heard Him; 
11:15       And they come to Jerusalem:  and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;        Christ and His disciples come to Jerusalem;   Christ went into temple; Christ cast out;  Christ overthrows tables and seats;
11:16       And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple.      Christ suffer no man to carry vessels through temple;
11:17        And HE taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer?  but ye have made it a den of thieves.       Christ teaches;  And God said/spoke (2);   Christ asks a question;    God's house to be called house of prayer;    Christ condemns them for making it a den of thieves;
11:18        And the scribes and chief priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy Him; for they feared Him,  because all the people was astonished at His doctrine.       Christ heard; Christ sought to by them to kill Him;  Christ sought to be destroyed; Christ feared; Christ doctrine; astonishes them;
11:19       And when even was come, He went out of the city.       Christ went out of city;
11:20       And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up form the roots.    Christ and His disciples pass by;
11:21       And PEter calling to remembrance saith unto Him, Master, behold the fig tree which Thou cursedst is withered away.      Christ spoke to; Christ Name -Master;   Christ cursed the fig tree;  Christ power, Omnipotent;
11:22       And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.      Christ answers him;  And God said/spoke;   God to have faith in;
11:23       For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.      And God said/spoke;   Christ instructs them in faith to believe;  Christ declares if they doubt not in their heart, God will give to them;
11:24       Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.      And God said/spoke;   Christ issues directive of promise that what ye desire, when ye pray, believe and ye shall receive;
11:25      And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any:  that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.     Christ commands to forgive;  God also will forgive us if we forgive them;
11:26       But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.     Christ warns that if we do not forgive, God will not forgive;   God will not forgive if we do not forgive;
11:27       And they come again to Jerusalem:  and as He was walking in the temple, there come to Him the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders,      Christ comes to Jerusalem;  Christ walking in temple;   Christ come to by leaders;
11:28     And say unto Him, By what authority doest Thou these things?  and who gave Thee this authority to do these things?      Christ asked of them;  Christ authority to do these things questioned (2);
11:29       And Jesus answered and said unto them, I will also ask of you one question, and answer Me, and I will tell  you by what authority I do these things.        And God said/spoke;   Christ answers them; I will's of God to ask them a question;   Christ to ask question and them to answer Him; I will's of God to tell them by what authority He does these things;   Christ does these things;  Christ authority to do these things by the Father;   
11:30      the baptism of John, was it from heaven, of or men?  answer Me.     Christ asks them a question;   Christ demands answer;
11:31       And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, from heaven; He will say, Why then did ye not believe him?      Christ will say;  Christ to question them why they believed not;
11:33       And they answered and said unto Jesus, We cannot tell.   And Jesus answering saith unto them, Neither do I tell you by what authority I do these things.       Christ answered;   And God said/spoke;  Christ answers them;  Christ will not tell them by what authority He does these things;  Christ does these things by authority given to Him;    
Chapter 12
12:1       And He began to speak unto them by parables.       And God said/spoke;   Christ teaches them by parables;
12:1 - 8    Christ teaches parable of wicked husbandmen;
12:9       What shall therefore the lord of the vineyard do?  He will come and destroy the husbandmen, and will give the vineyard unto others.        Christ asks question;  Christ teaches that God is the ruler of the vineyard;  God will destroy wicked;  God will give to others;
12:10       And have ye not read this scripture; The stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner.      Christ quotes Scripture;  And God said/spoke;    Christ is the corner stone; Christ foretells them He is rejected;
12:11      This is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?     God's doing;  God's doing is marvellous in our eyes;   Christ asks a question;
12:12      And they sought to lay hold on Him, but feared the people:  for they knew that He had spoken the parable against them:  and they left Him, and went their way.      Christ sought to be layed hold on; Christ spoken parable against them;   Christ left;
12:13      And they send unto Him certain of the Pharisees and of the Herodians to catch Him in His words.      Christ sent leaders to catch Him in His words;   Christ sought to caught in His words;  And God said/spoke;

12:18       Then come unto Him the Sadducees, which say there is no resurrection; and they asked Him, saying,       Christ came to by Sadducees;   Christ asked of them;

12:23       In the resurrection therefore, when they shall rise, whose wife shall she be of them?  for the seve had her to wife.     Christ asked whose she shall be in resurrection;
12:24        And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God?      Christ answers them;  And God said/spoke;   Christ asks a question;   God's power not known by them;   Christ rebukes them for not knowing Scripture;
12:25    Christ teaches them on resurrection of dead;
12:26       And as touching the dead, that they rise; have ye not read in the book of Moses, how in the bush God spake unto him, saying, I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob?      Christ asks them question;   Christ teaches them out of book of Moses on truth of God's ways;   God is the great "I AM" of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob;

12:33       And to love Him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.       God to be loved with all heart and understanding and soul and strength;
12:34        And when Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, He said unto him, Thou art not far from the kingdom of God.   And no man after that durst ask Him any question.       Christ sees he answered discreetly;  And God said/spoke;     God's kingdom; Christ asked no more questions;

12:36        For David himself said by the Holy Ghost, The Lord said to my Lord, Sit Thou on My right hand, till I make Thine enemies Thy footstool.      God is Holy Ghost; God moves David to say;   God is Lord;  God the Father says to God the Son by God the Holy Ghost; God to sit on His right hand;  God will make Christ enemies His footstool;   Christ enemies; Christ a footstool;
12:37        David therefore himself calleth Him Lord; and whence is He then his Son?   And the common people heard Him gladly.      Christ son of David; God is called Lord by David;  Christ asks a question;   Christ heard gladly by common people;

13:6       For many shall come in My Name, saying, I am Christ, and shall deceive many.      Christ Name;  Christ warns of false Christ coming;     
13:6 - 8 Christ declares the beginning of sorrows;
13:9 - 13    Christ declares the persecution His followers shall endure;
13:11     for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.      God shall give them what to speak and say;
13:13       And ye shall be hated of all men for My Name's sake:   but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.     Christ Name sake;  Christ sake we shall be hated;   Christ declares salvation to those that endure to the end;
13 - 14 - 23     Christ teaches of the end times;
13:17   Christ declares woe to those with child during those days;
13:19       For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.     Christ declares of the horrible times that shall be during those days;    God created;   
13:20        And except that the Lord had shortened those days no flesh should be saved:  but for the elect's sake, whom He hath chosen, He hath shortened the days.      God shortens those days;   God hath chosen the elect;   God shortens those days for the elects sake;
13:21       And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, He is there; believe him not;     Christ falsely claimed to be here or there;  Christ warns against such lies;
13:22       For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.       Christ warns of false Christs and false prophets;
13:23    Christ issues warning to take heed;
13:24 - 31     Christ reveals end times;
13:26       And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.      Christ Name - Son of man;   Christ coming in the clouds;  Christ with great power and glory;
13:27        And then shall He send His angels, and shall gather together His elect from the four winds, form the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.      God sends His angels to gather elect;  God's angels;  God's elect;

13:30       Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.      And God said/spoke;   Christ foretells these things to be done;

13:32       But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.     God the Father;  God the Son; God knows that day and hour; 
11:33    Christ issues warning of take heed;

14:1       and the chief priests and the scribes sought how they might take Him by craft, and put Him to death.      Christ sought to be taken by religious leaders;   Christ to be put to death;
14:3        And being in Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, as He sat at meat, there came a woman having an alabaster box of ointment of spikenard very precious; and she brake the box, and poured it on His head.        Christ was in Bethany;  Christ was in house of Simon the leper;   Christ sat at meat;   Christ head anointed;
14:6     And Jesus said, Let her alone; why trouble ye her?  she hath wrought a good work in Me.     And God said/spoke;     Christ commands them to let her alone;  Christ asks a question;  Christ wrought a good work in Him;
14:7       but Me ye have not always.      Christ rebukes their statement against the use of the oil; Christ not always with them;
14:8       she is come aforehand to anoint My body to the burying.      Christ body anointed aforehand;   Christ foretells death again;
14:9        Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached throughout the whole world, this also that she hath done shall be spoken of for a memorial of her.     Christ foretells what she hath done, shall always be memorial;    And God said/spoke;
14:10       went unto the chief priests, to betray Him unto them.     Christ betrayed by Judas to chief priests;
14:11      he sought how he might conveniently betray Him.     Christ sought to be betrayed by Judas;
14:12       His disciples said unto Him, Where wilt Thou that we go and prepare that Thou mayest eat the passover?      Christ disciples;    Christ asked of them;   Christ asked where to prepare passover; Christ may eat of passover;
14:13       And He sendeth forth two of His disciples, and saith unto them, Go ye into the city, and there shall meet you a man bearing a pitcher of water:  follow him.      Christ sends two of His disciples;  Christ disciples; And God said/spoke;     Christ instructs them what to do and how to do it;   Omniscient; Omnipresent; 
14:14       And wheresoever he shall go in, say ye to the goodman of the house, The Master saith, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the passover with My disciples?      Christ gives them specific instructions of what to do and what to ask;   Christ Name - Master; And God said/spoke; Christ asks question; Christ disciples; 
14:15      Christ gives them instructions of where to make ready;   Christ foretells them what shall happen; Omniscient; Omnipresent;
14:16       And His disciples went forth, and came into the city, and found as He had said unto them:       Christ disciples; Christ obeyed; And God said/spoke;   Christ word fulfilled;
14:17      And in the evening He cometh with the twelve.     Christ comes in the evening with His disciples;
14:18      And as they sat and did eat, Jesus said, Verily I say unto you, One of you which eateth with Me shall betray Me.     Christ sat and ate;  And God said/spoke (2);  Christ tells them one has betrayed Him;  Christ ate with; Christ betrayed;
14:19       And they began to be sorrowful, and to say unto Him one by one, Is it I?  and another said, Is it I?     Christ asked of them was it them;
14:20      And He answered and said unto them, It is one of the twelve, that dippeth with Me in the dish.     Christ answers them;  And God said/spoke;  Christ reveals that it is he that dippeth with Him;

14:25      Verily I say unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, until that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of God.       And God said/spoke; I will's of God to drink no more until that day; Christ drink no more till that day;   Christ drink new in the kingdom of God;  God's kingdom;
14:26    Christ and His disciples sing and go out in garden;
14:27      And Jesus saith unto them, All ye shall be offended because of Me this night:  for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered.      And God said/spoke; Christ foretells them they shall be offended of Him;   And God said/spoke;   I will's of God to smite the shepherd;   Christ is the Shepherd;   Christ smote and sheep scattered; Omnipresent; Omniscient;

14:37        And HE cometh, and findeth them sleeping, and saith unto Peter, Simon, sleepest thou?   couldest not thou watch one hour?     Christ comes;  Christ finds them asleep;   Christ speaks to Peter;  Christ asks a question (2);And God said/spoke;
14:38       Watch and pray lest ye enter into temptation.  The spirit truly is ready, but the flesh is weak.      Christ instructs them to watch and pray;  Christ warns of entering into temptation;

14:51         And there followed Him a certain young man, having a linen cloth cast about his naked body; and the young men laid hold on him:      Christ followed by young man;
14:53        And they led Jesus away to the high priest:          Christ led away to high priest and elders and chief priests and scribes;
14:54         And PEter followed Him afar off, even into the palace of the high priest:        Christ followed afar off by Peter;
14:55       And the chief priests and all the council sought for witness against Jesus to put Him to death; and found none.       Christ sought for a witness against Him, and none could be found;   Christ to be put to death;
14:56       For many bare false witness against Him, but their witness agreed not together.       Christ born false witness against;
14:57        And there arose certain, and bare false witness against Him, saying,      Christ has false witness against Him;
14:58         We heard Him say, I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and within three days, I will build another made without hands.        And God said/spoke;   Christ heard saying;     I will's of God to destroy temple made with hands;  I will's of God to build another temple without hands;   Christ Messianic prophecy of death and resurrection;
14:60        And the high priests stood up in the midst, and asked Jesus, saying, Answerest Thou nothing?  what is it which these witness against Thee?      Christ asked by high priests of these things; Christ answers not;   Christ witnessed against;
14:61      But He held His peace, and answered nothing.  Again the high priest asked Him, and said unto Him, Art Thou the Christ, the Son of the Blessed?      Christ holds His peace;  Christ peace; Christ answers nothing; Christ asked question; Christ asked if He was the Christ, the Son of the Blessed;   Christ is He, Christ is Son of the blessed;
14:62       And Jesus said, I am:  and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.       Christ answers them; And God said/spoke;   Christ Name - I Am; Son of man; Christ declares to them of what shall be;  Christ will be seen of them sitting on right hand of God's throne;   Christ will be comingin the clouds of heaven;

15:3       And the chief priests accused Him of many things:  but He answered nothing.     Christ falsely accused by chief priests;    Christ answers nothing; 
15:4      And Pilate asked Him again, saying, Answerest Thou nothing?  behold how many things they witness against Thee.       Christ asked again about answering their accusations;    Christ witnessed against by them
15:5       But Jesus yet answered nothing; so that Pilate marvelled.     Christ answers nothing;  Christ marvelled at by Pilate;
15:9      But Pilate answered them, saying, Will ye that I release unto you the King of the Jews?     Christ Name - King of the Jews;   
15:10       For he knew that the chief priests had delivered Him for envy.     Christ delivered by envy of chief priests;

15:16       And the soldiers led Him away into the hall, called Praetorium; and they call together the whole band.      Christ led away into hall;

15:29      And they that passed by railed on Him, wagging their heads, and saying, Ah, Thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days,       Christ railed on;   Christ mocked;   Christ declared temple destroyed in three days and build again;
15:30       Save Thyself, and come down from the cross.      Christ mocked to save Himself;  Christ mocked to come down from the cross;
15:31      Likewise also the chief priests mocking said among themselves with the scribes, He saved others; Himself He cannot save.      Christ mocked by chief priests and scribes;  Christ saved others;  Christ falsely accused of not being able to save Himself;
15:32      Let Christ the King of Israel descend now from the cross, that we may see and believe.   And they that were crucified with Him reviled Him.     Christ mocked;   Christ is King of Israel; Christ taunted with descending from cross;   Christ crucified with two thieves and they reviled Him;  Christ reviled;
15:34      And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabach thanni?   which is, being interpreted, My God, My God, why hast Thou forsaken Me?      And God said/spoke;  Christ cries out with loud voice;   Christ asks Father question;    Christ God, the Father;  Christ forsaken for the sins of the world;
15:35     Behold, He calleth Elias.     Christ cry thought to be to Elijah, but it was to the Father;   
15:36      and gave Him to drink, saying, Let alone; let us see whether Elias will come to take Him down.       Christ offered and given drink;    Christ scoffers hoped to see Elijah come and take Him down;
15:37       And Jesus cried with a loud voice, and gave up the ghost.      Christ cries out with loud voice;   Christ gives up the ghost of the spirit of life;
15:38       God tears the veil of the temple in two from top to bottom;
15:39       And when the centurion, which stood over against Him, saw that He so cried out, and gave up  the ghost, He said, Truly this man was the Son of God.      Christ stood over against by centurion;  Christ cried out and they that saw and heard Him;   Christ gave up the ghost; Christ declared Son of God;
15:41       (Who also, when He was in Galilee, followed Him, and ministered unto Him;(  and many other women which came up with Him unto Jerusalem.      Christ in Galilee;   Christ followed;   Christ ministered unto;   Christ comes up into Jerusalem with them;
15:43       Joseph of Arimathaea,. . . which also waited for the kingdom of God, came, and went in boldly unto Pilate, and craved the body of Jesus.      God's kingdom waited for;  Christ body craved;
15:44       And Pilate marvelled if He were already dead:  and calling unto him the centurion, he asked him whether He had been any while dead.      Christ dead and causes Pilate to marvel;   Christ dead and Pilate seeks confirmation;
15:45      And when he knew it of the centurion, he gave the body to Joseph.      Christ body given to Joseph by Pilate;
15:46       And he bought fine linen, and took Him down, and wrapped Him in the linen, and laid Him in a sepulchre which was hewn out of a rock, and rolled a stone unto the door of the sepulchre.      Christ taken down;  Christ wrapped in linen;   Christ laid in sepulchre;    Christs grave sealed with stone rolled at door of the sepulchre;
15:47       And Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Joses beheld where He was laid.      Christ body laid;  Christ grave beheld;
Chapter 16
16:1      And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint Him.     Christ body and grave came to;  Christ body sought to be anointed;
16:4    God rolls away the stone;
16:5     God's angel sitting in the sepulchre 
16:6      And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted:  Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified:  He is risen; He is not here:  behold the place where they laid Him.     God's angel speaks to them;  Christ Name-  Jesus of Nazareth;  Christ sought; Christ crucified; Christ risen; Christ not there; Christ place that He lay;
16:7      But go your way, tell His disciples and Peter that He goeth before you into Galilee:  there shall ye see Him, as HE said unto you.      God's angel gives them instructions;   Christ disciples to be told; Christ goes before them into Galilee;  Christ to be seen there;  And God said/spoke;
16:9     Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, He appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom He had cast seven devils.      Christ risen early;  Christ appears to Mary Magdalene;  Christ cast out seven devils;
16:10     And she went and told them that had been with Him, as they mourned and wept.     Christ disciples mourned and wept for Him; Christ disciples told by Mary;
16:11     And they, when they had heard that He was alive, and had been seen of her, believed not.     Christ disciples told that He was alive;   Christ alive;  Christ seen by her;  Christ disciples believe not;
16:12      After that He appeared in another form unto two of them, as they walked and went into the country.       Christ appears in another form to two;
16:13      And they went and told it unto the residue:  neither believed they them.   Christ alive told by those two to Christ's disciples;   Christ disciples believe them not;
16:14       Afterward He appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief, and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen Him after He was risen.     Christ appears unto 11 disciples;   Christ upbraids them for unbelief & hardness of heart;   Christ seen and believed not by disciples;   Christ risen;
16:15      And He said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.      And God said/spoke;   Christ gives great commission;   Christ instructs them to go and preach the gospel to every creature;
16:16     Christ declares those that believe and those that believe not;
16:17      And these signs shall follow them that believe; IN My Name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;      Christ declares signs that shall follow those that believe in Him; Christ Name shall give power to cast out devils and speak in new tongues;
16:18    Christ continues with signs and power in His Name to take up serpents, drink deadly thing and not be hurt and lay hands on sick and they shall recover;
16:19       So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, He was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.     And God said/spoke;   Christ received up into heaven;  Christ sits at the right hand of God;  God's right hand;   
16:20      And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following.  Amen.   Christ working with His servants as they went forth and preached;   God's word with power in signs following;   And God said/spoke;
