We are in crisis hour.  A 'declaration of war' has been declared, by Satan's minions against the church, Christians.  And they are coming for every church and Christian, it is a full out assault against our ways of serving the Lord Jesus.  Volleys from the enemy have already been fired via different channels against us in our practices to Christ.  But the church largely remains unmoved and still sleeping.  Do you know the hour?  Do you know where we stand in the Presence of God as a nation? as the church?  For the nation, I fear and tremble that His severe judgement and wrath is getting ready to be poured out on us;  for the church, I fear and worry that He is getting ready to say, "I'm going to remove your candlestick."   This much is certain, our hour is late and the response from the church should match the historic moment we are in for these end days, as well as the late hour for the nation due to our gross abominations. 

Unprecedented happenings:  The first cabinet picks made by Biden for a transgender as assistant health secretary; and the first cabinet member, Secretary of Transportation which is first  approved by Senate as an open homosexual.   The immediate response to promote and encourage and fund abortions, nationally as well as globally.  And the assault against any, especially in the church that says anything about it as evil or wrong; soon to be federal hate crimes.    All of this within a matter of days and weeks.  How much do you believe the Lord will allow for our nation?  Yes, the Lord is merciful, longsuffering, patient and not willing that any should perish; that is the 1/2 most people know and want to focus on.  But that is not the full knowledge of God; for HE is also angry, filled with fury and wrath against a disobedient people.     He demands and commands for a spirit of repentance and fleeing from the wrath to come; and if we refuse, then He will respond.    

We are at the moment of God's intervention for a nation, a people, His Own people, where He pronounces 'Woe unto you' .  We cannot fail in this moment of urgency.   We must arise and respond to this declaration of war.   We must seek the Lord desperately imploring for Him, 'in wrath to remember mercy'.   It may be this is our hour to finally shake off our Americanism and humanism in the church and properly humble ourselves and cast off all means and methods of our own making.   Throughout this covid crisis, I have heard the verse quoted dozens of times throughout, 'some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we will remember the Name of the Lord.'   But too many are still trusting in chariots and horses; and trying to remember the Lord God.  It can't be this way, either it is the Lord, or it is the ways of men.  

Resolved I am in these hours, to seek the Lord and rally the church to respond before the next judgement or calamity.  And it is to seek Him in prevailing prayer, with continued, pouring out before Him for help and mercy.  I will not get on the other side of His judgement and wish I would have, or could have done more.  When that time is upon me now, that we see what is happening; and we know what He is going to do; it is time to seek Him like never before.    "Here I am Lord, Spirit fill me and let me 'spend and be spent' for the cause of your kingdom."  A day of revival and spiritual awakening is our only hope.  And those two things come, only by God's Sovereign will.   Yet, that will of His manifest Presence is always conditioned by the right response of God's people, doing it God's way.  

Judgement will come to America.  There is no way, you can do what we have done, and not be judged in desolation like Sodom, like Egypt, like Jerusalem; but we are not there yet.  and until that moment comes, my resolve is to seek to prevail before Him for Divine help and outpouring.   I know that your heart is there as well.  I know that there are numerous movements of prayer and seeking.  But it just seems like there are so many removed from the urgency of the hour.  Far too many prayerless churches and prayerless secret closets.  For what is facing us, we should "ALL"  be on our faces before Him.  "For who knows if He will turn and repent and leave a blessing behind Him.'

Our hour is now.  

PRAYER TARGETS:

--numerous police officers shot and killed already this year;  2 FBI gunned down this week;

--mass shootings are averaging 1 per day;  This is unparalled to anything before.  God is bringing us to our end.  Frightening to see the unraveling and the unresponsiveness of the church for our calamity.
--3 mass murders already; last one was horrible with 5 children shot and killed by man;
--covid continues its deadly assault on nation(s);  
--Myanmar Christians are asking for prayers, as there has been a military coup;  
--natural disasters are quiet for the moment;
--Super Bowl is this weekend, and it is the highest day of sex traffic for children;  
--legalizing of LGBT agenda and enforcement of any that speak against it on the regular social media platforms;   we will be outlawed;

CONTINUE IN PRAYER #2 Invite Letter for 100 Hours of Prayer for SBC

 Greetings, "Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;" Colossians 4;2 We are just under one month away from our "100 Hours of Prayer for SBC". We are set to gather as many from SBC life to have a continual spirit of prayer for the work of God to be done in us and through us. The work of God does not come about by the means of men, but by prevailing prayer. Oh, that every SBC church, over 40,000 were to be powerhouses of prayer for the kingdom of God.
