THE ACTIVITY OF GOD IN THE BIBLE - ZECHARIAH & MALACHI

 The Activity of God

Going through the Bible, book by book, chapter by chapter, verse by verse, phrase by phrase and word by word to give attention to the following:
--the Names of God;
--the word & deeds of God;
--the sayings of God;
--the attributes of God;

Too often the churches weakness and the Christians weakness is found in this one sin, 'we do not know God'.  We have not studied the Bible, nor Him to learn more of Him.  Seeking that this might be a help for myself and others in this pursuit that each of us 'may grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord.

3:15      And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered.     God sees and knows those that are given to pride, wickedness;   God is tempted by their responses;
3:16      Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another:  and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon His Name.      the fear of the Lord (2); God is to be feared;  God hearkened to them;  God heard them; God has book of remembrance written before Him;  God's Name thought upon by them;
3:17      And they shall be Mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up My jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.      God claims them as HIs Own;  And God said/spoke;  God's Name - Lord of hosts; God makes them up as His jewels;  God's jewels;  I will's of God to spare them;
3:18      Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.     God foretells what shall in discerning between righteous and wicked;  God knows those that serve Him and those that serve Him not;
