Did you not know the hour, when men were perishing forever.

Did you not know the hour, when God was ready to act in His best.

Did you know the hour, when He sought for man to stand in the gap.

Did you not know the hour, when all hope was lot.

Did you not know the hour, when God was ready to respond.

did you not know the hour, when tears were a must.

Did you not know the hour, when your heart should have grieved

did you not know the hour, when Christ spoke, 'watch and pray'

SBC 100 Hours of Prayer

100 HOURS OF PRAYER - DEC. 2023

  Greetings, "Lord, what wilt Thou have me to do?" Acts 9:6 "And He said unto her, What wilt Thou?" Matthew 20:21 "And Jesus stood still, and called them, and said, What will ye that I shall do unto you?" Matthew 20:32 "When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, He saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole?" John 5:6 In the book of Acts, Saul has been confronted by the Lord Jesus on the road to Damascus. Upon hearing Who is speaking to him, Saul seeks instructions from the Lord, "What would You have me do?" Prayer Email - 100 Hours of Prayer for SBC - III

Greetings, "men ought always to pray, and not to faint."  Luke 18:1  In the last month, we have had a Solemn Assembly for our local churches; followed by '100 Hours of Prayer' for the local churches & many of you, my prayer partners on this prayer email joined us.  And now we come to this last protracted time of prayer, 100 Hours of Prayer for SBC.  God sets His people to pray for His purposes and His will to be done.  And yet, prayer is hard to find among the churches today.  Many know they should pray, but refuse to make time.  Many desire to pray better, but have no teaching on how to pray.  Neither are they around seasoned prayer warriors that can impart what they have learned.  And much of the evil and wickedness of today in our nation, cities and homes, is because, we, as God's people have ceased praying.
