EZEKIEL IV

 Chapter 44
44:1      The He brought me back the way of the gate of the outward sanctuary which looketh toward the east; and it was hut.      God bring him back way of gate;
44:2      Then said the Lord unto me; This gate shall be shut, it shall not be opened, and no man shall enter in by it; because the Lord, the God of Israel, hath entered in by it, therefore it shall be shut.      And God said/spoke;   God gives specific instructions regarding gate to be kept shut;   God of Israel;  God entered by gate;
44:3      It is for the prince; the prince, he shall sit in it to eat bread before the Lord; He shall enter by the way of the porch of that gate, and shall go out by the way of the same.      Messianic title - Prince;   Christ shall sit in it before Lord;  God is set before by Prince;  God shall enter the way of the gate, and go out another way;
44:4       Then brought He me the way of the north gate before the house; and I looked, and behold, the glory of the Lord filled the house of the Lord; and I fell upon my face.      God brought him way of north gate;  God's glory fills the house;  God's house;  
44:5      And the Lord said unto me, Son of man, mark well, and behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears all that I say unto thee concerning all the ordinances of the house of the Lord, and all the laws thereof;    And God said/spoke (2);   God speaks to him;   God's house;  God gives directives to be kept and marked;
44:6      Thus saith the Lord God; O ye house of ISraela, let it suffice you of all your abominations.    And God said/spoke;   God sees and knows their abominations;  God directs him to speak to house of Israel;
44:7     In that ye have brought into My sanctuary strangers, uncircumcised in heart, and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in My sanctuary, to pollute it, even My house, when ye offer My bread, the fat and the blood, and they have broken My covenant because of all yoru abominations.     God's sanctuary/house (3);   God sees and knows what they have brought in it to defile it;  God's bread; God's covenant broken of because of their abominations;
44:8      And ye have not kept the charge of Mine holy things:  but ye have set keepers of My charge in My sanctuary for yourselves.     God's holy things;  God's charge;  God's sanctuary; God sees and knows that they have not kept the charge;
44:9       Thus saith the Lord God; No stranger, uncircumcised in heart, nor uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into My sanctuary,      And God said/spoke;  God sees and knows those that are uncircumcised in heart and flesh;  God forbids them from entering;  God's sanctuary;
44:10      And the Levites that are gone away far from Me, when Israel went astray, which went astray away from Me after their idols; they shall even bear their iniquity.      God went away from by Levites;  God went astray by Israel;   God sees and knows those that go away from Him;
44:11     Yet they shall be ministers in My sanctuary,     God's sanctuary;  God declares they shall be ministers;   
44:12      Because they ministered unto them before their idols, and caused the house of Israel to fall into iniquity, therefore have I lifted up Mine hand against them, saith the Lord God, and they shall bear their iniquity.      God declares they caused them to fall away to serve false idols;   God lifts HIs hand against them;  God's hand;  And God said/spoke;  God declares they shall bear their iniquity;
44:13      And they shall not come near unto Me, to do the office of a priest unto Me, nor ot come near to any of My holy things, in the most holy place;  but they shall bear their shame      God declares they shall not come near Him;  God puts them in role of priests office;  God's holy things; God punishes them to bear their shame;
44:14      But I will make them keepers of the charge of the house     I will's of God to make them keepers of house;
44:15      But the priests the Levites, the sons of Zadok, that kept the charge of My sanctuary when the children of ISrael went astray from Me, they shall come near to Me to minister unto Me, and they shall stand before ME to offer unto ME the fat and the blood, saith the Lord God.     God sees and knows who kept His charge;  God's sanctuary;  God knows those that went astray of Israel;  God will allow them to come near to Him;  God to be stood before by Zadoks sons;  God offered fat and blood by them;  And God said/spoke;
44:16     They shall enter into My sanctuary, and they shall come near to My table, to minister unto Me, and they shall keep My charge.      God's sanctuary entered by sons of Zadok;   God's table to come near to Him by them;  God ministered unto;  God's charge to be kept;
44:17 - 22   God gives specific instructions of what they are to do and not to do;
44:23     And they shall teach My people the difference between teh holy and profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.    God's people to be taught difference between holy and profane, clean and unclean;
44:24      And in controversy they shall stand in judgment; and they shall judge it according to My judgments:  and they shall keep My laws and My statutes in all Mine assemblies; and they shall hallow My sabbaths.     God's judgements;  God's laws to be kept;  God's statutes;  God's assemblies;  God's sabbaths to be hallowed;
44:25 - 26  God gives directive to priest to serve Him;
44:27      he shall offer his sin offering, saith the Lord God.    God directs them to offer sin offering;  And God said/spoke;
44:28      I am their inheritance:       God is the priests inheritance;
Chapter 45
45:1      ye shall offer an oblation unto the Lord, an holy portion of the land:       God to be given oblation offering;
45:4      which shall come near to minister unto the Lord     God to be ministered to by priests;
45:8      and My princes shall no more oppress My people;     God's princes;  God's people;
45:9       Thus saith the Lord God; LEt it suffice you, O princes of Israel:  remove violence and spoil, and execute judgment and justice, take away your exactions from My people, saith the Lord God.      And God said/spoke (2);   God's people;   God gives them directive to do rightly;
45:10 - 15   God gives directive regarding measurements and and offering;
45:15    to make a reconciliation for them, saith the Lord God.     God instructs them what to do to reconcile with Him and before Him;  And God said/spoke;
45:16 - 18   God gives instruction of what Prince shall do in offerings, sacrifices to make reconciliation;
45:18        Thus saith the lord God;      And God said/spoke;   God gives instruction to cleanse sanctuary;
45:19 - 22   God gives instruction for offerings and burnt sacrifices for sin and reconciliation;
45:23        prepare a burnt offering to the Lord     God's burnt offering and sin offering;
Chapter 46
46:1       Thus saith the Lord God;     And God said/spoke;  God gives instruction regarding east gate;
46:3      shall worship at the door of this gate before the Lord in the sabbaths and in the new moons.     God to be worshipped before;
46:4       And the burnt offering that the prince shall offer unto the Lord in the sabbath day     God's burnt offering before Him by the prince;
46:5 - 8   God gives instruction for worship;
46:9     But when the people of the land shall come before the Lord in the solemn feasts,      God came before by people in solemn feasts;  God gives them directive of entering and extiting;
46:12      voluntarily unto the Lord      God is offered a gift voluntarily;  
46:13       Thou shalt daily prepare a burnt offering unto the Lord of a lamb of the first year without blemish:     God's burnt offering daily prepared;
46:14       a meat offering continually by a perpetual ordinance unto the Lord.     God's meat offering daily prepared by perpetual ordinance;
46:16       Thus saith the Lord God;     And God said/spoke;    God directs the giving of gift by prince;
46:18      that My people be not scattered every man from his possession.     God's people to not be scattered;
46:19      AFter He brought me through the entry     God brings him through entry to show and direct him;
46:20      Then He said unto me,      And God said/spoke;   God directs him where priests are to sacrifice;
46:21       Then He brought me forth into the utter court, and caused me to pass by the four corners of the court;      God bring him through court to next court;
46:24      Then said He unto me      And God said/spoke;  God directs him to the place where they shall boil sacrifice;
Chapter 47
47:1      Afterward he brought me again unto the door of the house;     God's angel, Spirit brings him to the door of the house;
47:2      Then brought he me out of the way of the gate northward, and led me about the way without unto the utter gate by the way that looketh eastward;      God's angel, Spirit bring him out;  and leads me in the way to the utter gate on the east side;
47:3       And when the man that had the line in his hand  went forth eastward, He measured a thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters; God's angel brings him forth through the waters and measures;   
47:4      Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through the waters . . . again he measured a thousand, and brought me through     God's angel measures a thousand (2);  God's angel bring him through the waters (2);
47:5      Afterward he measured a thousand,     God's angel measures;
47:6      And he said unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen this?  Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the brink of the river.     God's angels speaks to him;  God asks a question; God's angel brought him to brink of water;
47:8      Then said he unto me, These waters issue out toward  the east country      And God said/spoke;   God's angels speaks to him of the the waters issuing out;
47:9 - 12   God reveals the waters and their purposes;     
47:13      Thus saith the Lord God; This shall be the border, whereby ye shall inherit the land according to the twelve tribes of ISrael      And God said/spoke;   God sets their borders of the tribes of Israel and the land;
47:14       And ye shall inherit it, one as well as another:  concerning the which I lifted up Mine hand to give it unto your fathers;      God gives them and declares their inheritance;   God lifted up His hand to give it to them;  God's hand gives it to them;
47:15 - 22     God sets the physical borders with description;
47:23       And it shall come to pass that in what tribe the stranger sojourneth, there shall ye give him his inheritance, saith the Lord God.     God reveals what shall come to pass;  God directs regarding stranger in land and inheritance;   And God said/spoke;
Chapter 48
48:1 - 18   God sets the borders in order;
48:9    The oblation that ye shall offer unto the Lord shall be of five and twenty thousand in length, and of ten thousand in breadth.      God to be offered oblation;
48:10      and the sanctuary of the Lord shall be in the midst thereof.       God's sanctuary in the midst;
48:14       for it is holy unto the Lord.      God's firstfruits offering is holy unto Himself;  God is holy;   
48:29      saith the Lord God.    And God said/spoke;  God divided land for tribes of Israel;
48:35      and the name of the city from that day shall be, The Lord is there.     God's city and people;  God is there;

100 HOURS OF PRAYER - DEC. 2023

  Greetings, "Lord, what wilt Thou have me to do?" Acts 9:6 "And He said unto her, What wilt Thou?" Prayer Email - 100 Hours of Prayer for SBC - III

Greetings, "men ought always to pray, and not to faint."  Luke 18:1  In the last month, we have had a Solemn Assembly for our local churches; followed by '100 Hours of Prayer' for the local churches & many of you, my prayer partners on this prayer email joined us.  And now we come to this last protracted time of prayer, 100 Hours of Prayer for SBC.  God sets His people to pray for His purposes and His will to be done.  And yet, prayer is hard to find among the churches today.  Many know they should pray, but refuse to make time.  Many desire to pray better, but have no teaching on how to pray.  Neither are they around seasoned prayer warriors that can impart what they have learned.  And much of the evil and wickedness of today in our nation, cities and homes, is because, we, as God's people have ceased praying.
