Greetings, "Whither shall we go up?" Deuteronomy 1:28 Moses, the servant of the Lord, declared the murmuring of the children of Israel against God. The spies had gone into the Promised Land and searched it out, only to return with a discouraging report—stoking fear and doubt that they would not be able to take the land or conquer their enemies. Only Caleb and Joshua faithfully declared that they would be able to do so, because God was with them. But in the midst of this fury of complaints and murmuring against God, the people asked, "Whither shall we go up?" One cannot do anything without the Lord. Often, men do not know where to look or whom to trust. But we, as the Church, know to look unto Jesus and to trust in the Lord. He brings us up by the way He would have us go. His will and His ways are always right. Many are searching for answers, direction, and divine help to know which way to go. There is no better place to turn than before the Lord. Ask, and it shall ...
